What is the company's warranty/refund/replacement policy?
Dalen will happily refund your purchase price if you are not satisfied. The length of the warranty varies by product. Exact length of warranty information can be found on the appropriate product page.
To get a refund on Landscape Fabric
Send your receipt and a letter stating the reason for the refund request to the address shown below.
To get a refund on all other Gardeneer products (other than Landscape Fabric)
Return the product to the address shown below along with your receipt and a written note describing the reason for your dissatisfaction.
If the item is defective in any way and you want a replacement, it should be returned along with the receipt and a brief explanation stating the reason. This is not applicable to fabric. Inflatable scarecrow devices will only be replaced within 60 days of purchase.
